The Fall 2026 collection by Kiko Kostadinov drew inspiration from birdwatchers observed by Laura and Deanna Fanning during their daily walks through North London parks. The idea of observation, camouflage, protection, and display informed a wardrobe that balanced technical functionality with fluid, feminine movement.

Outerwear played a central role, with oversized parkas, cocoon-shaped jackets, and enveloping knitwear creating protective silhouettes around the body. Functional details referenced the practical clothing of birdwatchers, with utility jackets and trousers featuring multiple pockets, elasticated waists, and sporty fastening systems. Tailoring introduced structure through strong shoulders and narrow proportions, grounding the collection’s more experimental shapes.

The natural world was reflected through both texture and color. Coated cotton fabrics appeared as though dampened by morning mist, while feathery yarns brought a sense of softness and movement to knitwear and outerwear. Draped dresses in delicate shades of blue and pink introduced a lighter dimension, with gathered details enhancing their fluidity.

Accessories expanded the collection’s narrative through collaborations with jewelry designer Patcharavipa and Asics. Silver pendants and earrings inspired by guillemot eggs appeared alongside the latest iteration of the brand’s split-toe sneaker, reinforcing the collection’s dialogue between nature, utility, and contemporary design.
